In order to have our installation turn into your satisfaction, we follow these tried-and-true steps.

Step-By-Step Process:

1. The Post-Consult Planning

   Once the in-home consultation has been completed and an install date that works for you has been decided on, we'll have a qualified technician come out to your home to double check all measurements before ordering your personal product. A Beverley Hills Customer Care Representative will contact you to set up this precautionary visit, so we can get in, out, and be fully prepared for the install to begin!

2. Meet the Installers

   Once an installation date that accommodates you best is decided on, a Customer Care Rep will arrange for the talented installation team to come out to your home. Our tradesmen have been with Beverley Hills Windows and Doors for anywhere from 10-20 years and are all certified by the Window Dealers Association of Canada.

   The team will formally introduce themselves, take you through their installation steps from start to finish, and ultimately make sure you feel comfortable with them in your home.

3. We've Got You Covered

   With the installation beginning, it's a priority of ours to ensure your daily routine is not disrupted are your personal belongings are protected. Our team will handle clearing away any obstructing items covering flooring and furniture with drop sheets.

4. Test Out the Results

   A little education in product operation and maintenance will be given to you by our install team while you take the results for a test drive and ensure they meet your standards.

   We won't leave until we're certain you are satisfied!

5. A Clean Departure

   We aim to leave your home cleaner than when we began, and have it looking better than ever. We'll collect construction debris, make sure exterior areas are tidied, and thoroughly vacuum interior areas.
