What are your payment terms?

We don’t want the cost and payment process to stand in the way of your home improvement project. That’s why we offer competitive-rate payment plans with flexible low-interest financing options. We’re committed to making sure that your project fits comfortably within your budget. And of course, all consultations and estimates are free with no obligation to purchase.

How do you finish out the interior/exterior of the windows after installation?

Each window that we install is finished using vinyl brick mold or capping on the exterior. On the interior of your home, we complete your project using new wood trim. With our commitment to flawless results, we know you’ll be thrilled with your new windows.

How long would a 10 window project take you?

We can normally complete a 10 window project within one day. During this time, we make it a priority to minimize disruptions and protect your home from harm. We’ll leave your home spotless, making sure that interior and exterior areas are clean, tidy and debris-free.

How much time would it take from ordering to installation?

Once you’ve determined that you’d like to go ahead with your home improvement project, it usually takes 7-9 weeks for us to order your products and prepare for installation. This time will vary depending on the level of customization that your order requires. If you’re in rush to complete your home improvement project, we can arrange a quicker turnaround by special request.

Do you have your own crews or do you sub-contract?

In order to achieve total customer satisfaction, we use our own crews to complete our home improvement projects. We’ve built lasting relationships with a team of talented tradespeople – most have been working for us for over 10 years. We’re confident that the Beverley Hills Windows and Doors Improvement team will make you feel comfortable throughout the installation process and deliver high-quality results.

How much time does it take for a consultation/estimate?

Our free, no-obligation estimates typically take 60-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of your project. Estimates are created through an in-depth consultation process designed to give you an accurate and detailed picture of the project timeframe and cost.

Once you request a quote online, we’ll set-up a time to visit your home within three days of connecting. During the in-home consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, determine the scope of your project and take all necessary measurements.

Throughout this initial meeting, education is our goal. We want to give you lots of time to ask questions so that you come away with all the information you need to make a decision that’s right for you. We’ll go through our entire process in detail, provide you with samples of our products and explain to you exactly how we deliver the best results.
