Patio Rooms: can sometimes be built on an existing deck, usually using an extruded aluminium and glass wall system. These rooms, though not winter hardy, are ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the outdoors while avoiding the elements and the bugs. Patio rooms provide enough cozy shelter to enjoy your yard in spring and fall, then cooling breezes in summer to make even the hottest days pleasant.

Year Round Sunrooms: The advent of reinforced vinyl construction and insulated glass technology - (argon filled, Low-E double pane reflective) has altered sunroom possibilities. Now the room can be heated and cooled and enjoyed all year long. These rooms are perfect for family rooms and breakfast nooks, or simply to add an airy unique space to your home.

Conservatories: are distinguished from other sunrooms by attractive architectural embellishments and fine detailing reminiscent of 19th century England and usually have a knee wall and glass ceilings. If you are concerned about the logistics and cost of a custom blind system for the ceiling, we offer a unique man-made product (polycarbonate glazing) that allows only 7% of the heat and light into the room. It's also stronger, easier to clean and guaranteed for fifty years.

Custom sunroom vs. conventional construction addition: The expense can be considerably lower, except in the case of the most luxurious conservatories and since a basic sunroom can often be erected in as little as a week, the entire construction process is much quicker too, with a minimum amount of disruption to your property. You'll also have more design flexibility for your room and with today's versatile use of vinyl, the exterior of the addition is entirely maintenance free.
